The school district leadership recently hired local construction management firm, Integrity Management Solutions (IMS), to oversee the Alsea Bond Project. Serving as the Owner’s Representative, they have been working closely with district leaders, the local building jurisdiction and the design and construction team to review the status of all the proposed projects and how best to accomplish the District’s goals while staying within the available budget. IMS will be presenting the results of those efforts at this week’s Bond Oversight Committee meeting, Thursday at 6:00 pm in the school library, followed by the regular School Board meeting at 7:00 pm. As part of their efforts on behalf of the school district, IMS will be providing updated reports summarizing construction activities and budget each month. These reports will be posted on the school’s bond page, here
