One last reminder before our prom spirit week begins NEXT WEEK, Monday May 8th through Thursday May 11th, culminating with our Prom dance Friday May 12th. Hillbilly Day; Ghet ’em overalls out da draawers!

2:30pm to 3:10pm Assembly – Games and PROM COURT VOTING RESULTS REVEALED TO STUDENTS (Senior Queen and King voting will take place Tuesday and Wednesday after the court vote is released on Monday)
Tuesday
Disney Deck Out Day; choose your favorite Disney movie and dress like it
****THE STAFF HAS BEEN ASSIGNED THE MOVIE FROZEN****
Tuesday
2:30 to 3:10pm STUDENTS Vs. STAFF Basketball tournament, teams of 4 people, 3 vs 3 style half court throwdown. 16 minute games, 7 minute quarters, with a 2 minute “halftime” (for the old people to reflect on why they agreed to do this)
Wednesday
Dynamic Duo; Imagine Sponge Bob and Patrick, Mario and Luigi, Mork and Mindi, etc.
Wednesday
2:30 to 3:10 Assembly – Continuation of the Student Vs. Staff Basketball tournament(if needed) and other various fun games.

Battle of the Classes (Color Challenge); Each class is assigned a color, wear as much of it as you can!!

AHS and Alsea Community Event: 2nd Annual “Handing Down the Crown” **CALLING ALL PAST AHS ROYALTY** (Thursday evening 6:15pm, treats & refreshments provided afterwards to encourage community gathering/sharing time)

Dance Venue Decorating (Thursday evening after the HDTC event and Friday morning, if needed)

Prom Dance (Friday, May 12th 8pm – 10:30pm)
***Friday night*** – Dance Venue tear down and cleaning (Immediately after the last student leaves the prom venue Mr. Crowe and a volunteer group, NOT the kids, will tear down, pack up and clean the venue. If you are willing to help Mr. Crowe with the tear down/clean up please let him know. We DO NOT want the kids doing this task.)

Alsea School for spirit week and Beazell Memorial Forest (Hoskins area) directly off of Kings Valley Hwy/Oregon Hwy 223 for the Prom dance

The W.I.L.L.(Wolverines Inspiring a Lineage of Leadership) power of our student body, student leaders, our staff and our community.
**ALSO, we are running transportation to and from the venue from Alsea School on Friday night if students need transportation. This will include a pickup and dropoff stop at Mary’s Peak True Value in Philomath.**
A transportation sign up sheet will be on the “PROM” Bulletin Board in the High School hallway, sign ups for the bus MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY THE 10TH.
