NOTICE OF ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS
Notice is hereby given that on May 16, 2023, an election will be held for the purpose of electing BOARD OF DIRECTORS to fill the positions for the terms indicated in the following special districts located in Benton County, Oregon.
Each candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy accompanied with a $10 filing fee or a Petition with the required number of valid signatures for nomination with the Elections Department of Benton County, not later than the 61st day before the date of the regular special district election, earlier if filing by petition. The filing deadline is 5:00 PM, on March 16, 2023.

Districts electing Boards in this election include, Community College, Education Service District, School, Fire and Rescue, Rural Fire, Water, Park and Recreation, and Cemetery.
