Dear Guardian(s) of Alsea School District Students
Hearing/Dental/Vision screening will be held sometime during the 2023-2024 school year. The screening will be provided at your school by the Linn Benton Lincoln Education Service District (LBLESD) and Lions Club along with school volunteers. You will be notified of the screening results, or if a follow-up screening or further assessment is recommended.
If you would like to opt out of the Hearing/Dental/Vision screening, please sign and return the document below to your child’s teacher.
Please be advised that the dental screening is also for fluoride treatment.
